Extremely disappointed

"Looks nothing like the picture! super cheap not hand crafted it has a made in china sticker at the bottom, came with super glue for me to glue the gold piece on top, the engraving was smeared together with black particles all over the urn, the bag to put ashes in even came with holes in it! Took 16 days to be delivered, customer support will not even respond."

Gorgeous permanent home!

"We recently lost our mother and wanted to find an urn with beautiful flowers. This urn is GORGEOUS and my Mom would be proud to have this as a permanent home. The customer service was easy to work with. Shipping was FAST! We added a lovely gold medallion in place of the engraving. Wish I could attach a photo."

The perfect urn

"My recently departed wife always requested a Victorian Urn. This choice was perfect. It also matches the burgundy decor in our home. May she rest in peace."
