"I ordered this product as new. When I received it it was absolutely filthy and dusty inside. The person I spoke to insisted it was brand new but said I could return it. I still haven’t received a refund. The item was returned to a house address. It took four days from the initial delivery attempt to when someone at the house answered the door to accept the return. I’ve sent two emails regarding the refund and I haven’t received any response."
