Timeless & Elegant Pet Urn

"Based on previous reviews I was hesitant to purchase, and wanted to share my experience to maybe help others who we're also hesitant on deciding whether to purchase or not. I shopped around, but I kept circling back to this urn because of it's elegant and stunning details. I wanted something that looked regal to match my cats queen-like personality to put her remains in. I decided to use the websites chat feature to voice my concerns and asked if they could verify if the urn I'd be receiving matched what was shown in the listing. Just like the other reviews, I too would be upset if I received something that wasn't up to standard and the metal detailing didn't match what was shown. They were able to verify and explained the issue with the previous batch from the manufacturer, and that the bad batch was returned to manufacturer and everything would match the listing. I understand that mistakes happen and how frustrating it would be to not recieve what was expected. I decided to go forward with purchasing. Upon arrival it was absolutely perfect and met my expectations. I chose Satin Flemish as my finish, which is a gold colored finish for those wondering. It also had felt pads on the feet and sits level. Perfect size urn for a cat or small pet. It's truly a beautiful urn and I'm very happy with it."

Pretty BUT

"The lid I received is not the one that was pictured. The feet also dont sit perfectly even so I'll have to add a felt pad to one foot to keep it from wobbling. Other than that, it's really pretty and I think it's the perfect size for my cat's cremains. I was worried that it would be too large but I'm glad I took the chance. I do wish the lid was the one pictured though. I ordered "Pewter" because I didn't know what Satin Flemish meant. Would be nice if there was a side by side photo for comparison."

"Beautiful urn. The only thing we did not thing about when purchasing from a third party is that this urn is not sealed as is our other dog’s when we went with one direct from the crematorium."
