Available Shipping Methods:
Free (5-7 Day Shipping): Make your selection for delivery method in the check out process of the online order form. If you select Ground (5-7 Day Shipping), you will not be charged for the cost of shipping your item to you. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

If you need your item(s) quicker than the Ground (5-7 Day Shipping), you may select 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air delivery method in the check out process of the online order form.

Shipping Damage, Return & Exchange Policy

We at Urns.com take pride in our customer service, in our product line, and want you to be a Satisfied Customer. It is Urns.com policy to resolve Shipping Damage, Return or Exchange issues as rapidly and fairly as possible.

If there is a problem with your purchase simply notify us by calling our support line at 800-800-1579 or by emailing us - sales@urns.com within seven (7) days of receipt of your order to set up a shipping damage claim, warranty return or exchange.

It is your responsiblity to read and understand these policies before making your purchase.

Our Policy regarding these matters are as follows.

What To Do About Shipping Damages:
To protect yourself, you MUST open and inspect any packages sent to you AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVE. If the product appears to have been damaged in shipment, keep the box and all packaging. Do not throw away anything. Notify Urns.com immediately. Otherwise, the carrier will assume YOU broke the part and will not honor a shipping damage claim and we will NOT be able to replace the item at no charge to you.
Once reported to us, the following series of events will occur:
l) We will call the carrier and enter a damage claim.
2) The carrier will contact you to make arrangements to inspect the shipment. The shipper may take a few days to do this and they usually take the product.
3) Urns.com will ship you an identical replacement, as soon as possible.

NOTE: In the event product must be returned due to a shipping damage or warranty claim, you must obtain a merchandise return authorization number (MRA #) from us - Urns.com - prior to sending product back: CLEARLY write the MRA# on the package being returned - our Receiving Department will refuse unidentified deliveries. Returns must be securely packaged in the original box, shipped prepaid and insured for the full value of the contents.

Missing or Product Damage NOT Caused by the Shipper:
If the problem appears not due to shipping damage, Urns.com will need to examine the product or shipment to determine the cause of the problem prior to replacement.

If upon opening the package, you note a defect that you feel is due to workmanship or materials, please notify Urns.com Customer Service Immediately. CLAIMS FOR DEFECTS MUST BE MADE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT. Be sure to have your invoice available when you call. We will, as expeditiously as possible, remedy the problem. (Once we inspect the merchandise and verify your claim, repair or replacement of the item is the normal course of action). We ship merchandise back to you at our expense via ground shipping, unless you request otherwise.

When unpacking your order, check the contents to make sure all pieces have been included. We count and verify the package contents and weigh each package to the nearest ounce prior to shipping and can verify what pieces were included when it was shipped. Use extreme caution when unpacking; often small parts are wrapped together or may be concealed in the packaging materials. CLAIMS FOR MISSING PARTS MUST BE MADE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT.

PRODUCT WARRANTY CLAIMS:
Urns.com warrants its products to the original purchaser and will repair or replace, at our option, any product or parts of the product or accessories covered under this warranty which upon receipt and our examination prove to be defective in workmanship or materials. Proof of purchase will be required.

This limited warranty does not apply to repair or replacement required due to misuse, normal wear, improper handling and/or repairs attempted or made by other than Urns.com. The foregoing obligation is Urns.com' sole liability under this or any implied warranty. Under no circumstances shall Urns.com be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Should you experience a problem you believe may be warrantable, notify Urns.com IMMEDIATELY !!! Failure to notify immediately may invalidate your warranty. Discuss the problem with Urns.com. You will be advised what course of action to take. Normally, you will be given an MRA# and be requested to return the product or parts of the product or accessories in question to Urns.com for evaluation. You MUST Insure the shipment for the full amount shown on your invoice so that in the event a shipping claim needs to be made, you will not be held liable. We ship warranted merchandise back to you at our expense via ground shipping, unless you request otherwise.

Note: As some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.

TERMS OF SALE AND HOW THEY EFFECT RETURNS:
As noted above, our policy is to repair or replace damaged or defective merchandise as quickly as possible.

Please note that if you elect to order a replacement a product prior to receiving the results of our inspection, you do so at your own risk, since we may elect to repair, rather than replace the returned merchandise or we may conclude that the problem occurred while the merchandise was in your possession. In this case, no credit will be given, and the repaired merchandise will be returned to you and you will be invoiced for the repairs. (This is especially true of merchandise that has signs of wear and tear or aging, making it unsalable as “new” merchandise).


Product Return and Exchange Policy:
Product may be returnable subject to a restocking charge and the conditons outlined below:

If you would like to return a product, you must notify Urns.com within Seven (7) days of delivery and you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from Urns.com.

If the product is returned to Urns.com within Fourteen (14) days of your reciept of delivery, a 10% re-stocking charge *and the original shipping charges will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise.

If the product is returned to Urns.com within Fifteen (15) to Thirty (30) days of your reciept of delivery, a 25% re-stocking charge* and the original shipping charges will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise.

*Re-stocking charges are necessary due to the fact that all returns are unpacked, inspected, re-polished, re-cleaned, re-wrapped, and repackaged, regardless of whether the product was unpacked by you or not. This will protect our valued customers, in the event any product was previously returned. Additionally merchandise not returned promptly, causes unecessary inventory expenditures. Merchandise subject to the re-stock charge includes items ordered in error, product refused by customers who change their mind, or unintentional duplicate orders.

Product Returnable for Refund or Exchange Credit:
Product will be accepted for Refund or Exchange Credit under the following conditions:
1. Merchandise must have Prior “Return” Approval and a Return Authorization Number issued by Urns.com
2. The Return Authorization Number, Purchasers Name and Address must be clearly visible in or on package.
3. Merchandise must be received by Urns.com undamaged, un-used, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging and shipping container(s) - or better.
2. Merchandisemust be received by Urns.com less than 30 days after your reciept of delivery. (See Re-stocking fees above)
4. Merchandise must not have been personalized, altered or modified.
7. Merchandise must not be Custom or special order.
8. Merchandise originally billed to you.

NOTE: You MUST Insure the shipment for the full amount shown on your invoice so that in the event a shipping claim needs to be made, you will not be held liable.

Product NOT Returnable for Exchange Credit:
Product is NOT returnable for Exchange Credit under the following conditions:
1. Merchandise returned with no Prior Approval or MRA#.
2. Merchandise returned more 30 days after delivery date.
3. Merchandise that has been used or mis-handled.
4. Merchandise that has been personalized”
5. “Sale” merchandise
6. Merchandise damaged after it left our factory.
7. Custom or special orders
8. Merchandise not originally billed to you

LIMITED WARRANTY
Urns.com guarantees this product, at the time of receipt, to be free of defects in both workmanship and material and to meet or exceed reasonable expectations and industry standards with regard to appearance, and durability.

Urns.com’ warranty applies to the original purchaser and will repair or replace, at our option, any product or parts of the product or accessories covered under this warranty which upon our examination prove to be defective in workmanship or materials.
